The Challenge

The Founders wished to appoint their first Global IT Director. This position would prove critical in facilitating and supporting growth in addition to creating and delivering the IT Roadmap. They needed someone who could navigate and manage the globally dispersed team of stakeholders and staff and cope with the multiple and competing demands of a scaling tech business.

Our Solution

As an experienced and specialist search firm for the Technology disciplines within the Tech Sectors, Kinetech had the advantage of being able to utilise our vast network to rapidly build a target list of potential candidates, affording the company great reach but while also maintaining confidentiality, as the role was not advertised.

Using our rigorous search methodology, we identified candidates across the Tech and Professional Services Sectors. Our thorough screening process resulted in a short list of 6 excellent options for the Founders and senior team to interview. Two of these made it through to the final interview stage with the CEO, who ultimately appointed an excellent individual. The hire was made within a tight timeline of just 6 weeks.
