Following a period of team upheaval and necessary changes to working practices, (transitioning to a largely remote working team), tasked with supporting the team re-build with senior infrastructure talent who had diverse tech stack experience and who also met the team and cultural requirements of the employer.
In addition to the diverse tech stack, some roles required remote regional locations which added to the challenge.

Kinetech prepared a strong shortlist of candidates, and six hires were made within the agreed and challenging timeline.
Identifying the Candidate
Our thorough screening process resulted in a short list of excellent candidates for the leadership team to interview. 12 of these made it through to a final interview stage with the IT Director, with six outstanding individuals being appointed.

The successful appointees displayed a unique blend of business and technical skills, including the latest cloud technologies. To top it all, they were all committed to attending the remote office locations as required.
